THE MIX LAB, our new professional DJ practice room fully equipped with 3 of the latest club-standard Pioneer CDJ-3000s decks, DJM-A9 mixer and loud monitor speakers — giving you the same setup (and festival desk!) used and trusted by the world’s top DJs in a dedicated air-conditioned private space to practice, perform, record and level up your craft.
Get gig ready, get to grips with pro decks, have your own music mixing therapy time or just come enjoy your tracks played your way and at your volume (without complaints from the neighbours, housemates or the family!)
One of our tutors will always be on hand for your session to get you setup, answer any questions and if required record your mixes.

Make use of our professional DJ equipment, vinyl turntables, our range of controllers or bring your own equipment and get the time, space and sound you need.
We can video your DJ sets and offer high-quality multi-camera angle video and audio livestreaming (to your DJ platforms or the Kent DJ Academy Facebook page, Mixcloud, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc) with animated/sound-to-light LED background lighting for all your DJ content needs.

- Native Instruments Traktor Control S2 Mk2, Kontrol F1 and Audio 6 soundcard
- Macbook Pro laptops running Serato DJ, Traktor Pro/Scratch Pro, Algoriddim Djay Pro 2, Virtual DJ, Pioneer Rekordbox & Rekordbox DJ, Mixed In Key & Mixed In Key Mashup plus editing tools to master your recordings
